The Strongest Conquest System

Chapter 316: There’s No Way He Can Enter The Nineteenth Floor!

"Precisely!..."

"I agree"

"Impossible!"

A multitude of different responses echoed out in the dimly lit space as everyone had varied reactions to such news.

However, before the noise could get out of hand,

A large, robust figure atop one of the largest chairs shouted, "Silence!"

"..." "..." "..."

And that was all it took for everyone to get in line, as the booming voice that reverberated out belonged to none other than the descendant of one of the Nine Monster Emperors!

Furthermore, he wasn\'t just any random descendant, as he was the son of the Kirin Monster Emperor!

That meant he was descended from someone who was descended from the Royal \'Kirin Bloodline\'.

That was not to mention that the descendant in question was no pushover himself, as he stood at the absolute peak of the Half-Step Tribulation Transcendence Realm!

He was capable of breaking through to Tribulation Transcendence whenever he felt like it.

And it was the imperious demeanor of someone like him that quieted down the boisterous ravings of those in the dark room.

However, not everyone was forced into silence, as another descendant of a Monster Emperor spoke up.

"What does this mean for us?" He asked, his voice scratchy and hoarse.

This descendant was the son of the Black Tortoise Emperor and was subsequently descended from the Royal \'Black Tortoise Bloodline\'. He had sent out forces to tackle the invader himself; however, he witnessed firsthand the terrible power that the human wielded

He doubted whether even his father, the \'Black Tortoise Emperor\', would be able to handle the human even with his Third Stage Tribulation Transcendence Realm power.

And he wasn\'t the only one to be subjected to the pressure that the sudden appearance of an immensely strong human put on the entire upper echelons of monster society.

No matter how much everyone declared the humans\' successful entry into the Eighteenth Step impossible, they all knew that it was the unequivocal truth, and that was what terrified them.

However, it seemed like the descendant of the Kirin Emperor, \'Spiritflame\' thought differently on the matter.

His voice came out in a confident tone as he shouted, "Why are you guys all pissing yourselves over a mere human!?"

"Si-"

Someone attempted to respond to his question; however, he was abruptly interrupted by the booming voice of Spiritflame:

"I have learned from our Emperor Ancestors that the Nine Monster Emperor\'s will be returning within the next few months, as they are still caught up in the scuffle with that traitor \'Clawdia Moonweaver\' and her father \'Percival Moonweaver\'."

He disclosed such new information with a haughty smirk on his face, as he knew he was likely the only one at this meeting who was privy to such critical information.

"What!?"

"How can this be!?"

"The Monster Emperor\'s are coming back!?"

They couldn\'t believe their ears! After nearly two whole years of vacancy, the Monster Emperor\'s were finally coming back!

Such news was beyond wonderful for all those present!

Spiritflame wore a satisfied look on his face as he observed all the reactions he caused before he said, "The Ancestor\'s would\'ve come to deal with the intruder and Clawdia Moonweaver themselves, but they\'re not able to leave their secluded cultivation if they wish to keep their lives."

Everyone immediately stopped discussing as they focused their attention back on Spiritflame.

Upon seeing everyone focused on him, he continued, "However, I am pleased to inform you that \'Venomspine the Malevolent\', the third oldest of our ancestors, is close to breaking through into the Mahayana Realm."

Spiritflame revealed such a revelation as easily as if it were just another piece of news; however, such a discovery left all the other shadowy figures shell-shocked!

"Venomspine is breaking through into the Mahayana Realm!? This is the best thing I have heard in the last five millennia!"

The astonished voice of the descendant of the \'Black Tortoise Emperor\' sparked another series of discussions as everyone had something to say about the new information.

"Our Monster Race is going to get another Mahayana Realm Cultivator!? This will mean our forces will be able to resist the human race even more!"

"Not only that, but we will be able to fight for some glory on the Starry Seaboard! Having Three Great Emperors on our side will even the playing field!"

"This is too good to be true!"

They all yammered on with clear happiness in their voices; however, such joy didn\'t last long, as one of them recalled the topic concerning the human invader.

"W-What do we do about the invader?" He asked, fear still in his voice due to the \'experience\' he had with said invader.

There was a time when the \'Grim Reaper\' didn\'t simply kill all of them as he saw fit; he used to \'ask them\' for information while on the lower floors.

And this High-Rank Monster King just so happened to be on the lower floors the day he met the invader while he was still in his silver foxkin form.

One thing led to another, and the Monster King was left scarred over the \'experience\' he received.

"..."

Spiritflame, upon hearing the concerns of one of the monster kings, said, "Why should we worry about the human!? He won\'t dare come after us if we spread around the information that one of our ancestors is breaking through to Mahayana!" He announced.

It was clear that he saw the invader as nothing more than a bug that could be squashed by their ancestors as easily as breathing.

His level of conceit was at such a high level that he didn\'t even entertain the idea of the human barging into the Nineteenth Step!

At least, that was until...

BOOOOOOM!!!

An explosion reverberated throughout the interior of the dimly lit space as a five hundred meter-wide hole was blown into the side of the building all the High-Rank Monster King\'s were in!
