Infinite Evolution System Made Me Too OP!

Chapter 252: Spiritual Island

He wasted none of the limited oxygen in space as he clicked on the \'Spiritual Island\' tab, causing a miniature green and brown island to land in his hands. It looked like a toy on the outside; however, if one paid closer attention, they would see that there were trees and grass blowing in the wind.

"Wait… wind?"

Azmodeus took an even closer look and noticed the presence of various elements contained within the bounds of a dome.

The dome in question encapsulated the island like an impregnable shield, seemingly indestructible.

The first thing he did upon noticing this phenomenon was tap his finger on the dome. At first, there was no reaction, but after a second, something unexplainable occurred.

FWIP!

Azmodeus vanished from his spot!

And when he reappeared, he found himself within a forest—one that looked all too familiar…

"Did I just get transported into the Spiritual Island…?"

He analyzed his surroundings, comparing them to what he witnessed on the island a second ago. It took little more than an instant for his photogenic memory to kick in, as everything was the exact same. Except it was bigger…

"This Spiritual Island truly is something else…" His voice bounced off the iridescent walls of the Spiritual Island as he walked around, trying to obtain a more in-depth understanding of the land.

After a few minutes of observing the rather normal ecosystem of the Spiritual Island, he touched the iridescent wall. He assumed doing this would transport him out. However, it looked like it would be more complicated than that...

Does it require me to draw blood and drip it on the ground or something?

This silly thought lingered in Azmodeus\'s mind for a second before he quickly shook his head and discarded such nonsense from his brain.

This is not some Japanese anime… But if it isn\'t that, then it must be…

He once again had his right hand make contact with the barrier, but this time, he transmitted his intent along with the touch.

BLING!

This action of his resulted in a flickering flash of iridescence as his figure was zipped into the confines of space.

FWIP!

When his eyes opened once more, Azmodeus was back in the outside world. Surprisingly enough, he was not shocked by this outcome as he looked around his vicinity.

After finding what he was looking for, he picked it up and zorped it into his Dantian Space.

"Oh? So that\'s how it works."

Azmodeus was not expecting it to go straight into his Dantian space for storage the moment he thought about it.

Nevertheless, this was a good thing for him, as it meant he could keep this \'Item\' nearby.

He assumed that he could zorp it back into the system interface as well, but he would rather have it inside his Dantian Space. After all, he still had some experiments he needed to conduct on it.

Although I don\'t yet know what it\'s capable of, besides the fact that it can hold life, I am sure everything will be unveiled in due time.

At this thought, Azmodeus turned his head toward a nearby Cosmic Construct as this was just what he needed in order to upgrade the Spiritual Island.

Following this train of thought, he phased away from his location, leaving Fallen Immortal Mountain, the Crimson Dimension, and the Astral Star Fleet in half an instant.

Without anybody knowing the better, the highly infamous Crimson Emperor snuck out of his Cave Abode.

With the escape having been a complete success, he darted through the pitch-black void at a speed far surpassing what the human eye could trace.

He dashed through multiple different layers of time continuities, all of which were stacked above a Single Layered Plane of Infinity.

One might think that some extremely high-level construct would be termed a Plane of Infinity, and they would be right in a way. But as with most things, \'high-level\' was relevant and highly varied.

This was especially proven to be the case when Azmodeus flashed toward a small brown planet, quickly reaching the planet\'s surface.

And completely out of pocket, he jumped into a flower bud, altering the size of his dimensions and transitioning into the Quantum Reality!

He passed through one microorganism after another, with each one becoming progressively smaller the further he ventured.

When Azmodeus finally reached his destination, it was unknown just how tiny he had become. But just as with the earlier point, size was relevant, and in this quantum reality, he was 2 meters in height, standing on a world quite similar to Prometheus.

There was a basic cultivation system on this planet, but not yet at the level of Prometheus, making it more along the lines of a Wuxia world. People, just like humans, populated this world as they traveled on the ground by foot or carriage.

It didn\'t look like they had any cultivators capable of flight, and that was indeed the case. After all, this world was one based on the internal energy system, meaning that it was one where their strongest experts couldn\'t even match up to a Qi Condensation Realm Cultivator…

Nevertheless, none of this really mattered for Azmodeus, as his goal was not this world but instead being the one above it.

"It seems like I went a little too far in, reaching a Half Layered Plane of Infinity. But no matter, I just need to fly up a little."

He murmured these words while standing atop a brown, Eastern-style building. From below his position, a young 5-year-old boy caught a glimpse of his otherworldly figure, eliciting quite the reaction from him.

"Ahh! Mother, it\'s a real-life immortal! Do you see him!?" The boy cried out with his finger extended, looking to his mother for praise.

The mother of this boy was a well-built milf, and she followed the finger of her son, only to see a fading string of red energy. She passed it off as some form of pollution and scolded the boy, quickly getting back to her grocery shopping.

Life continued to pass like usual inside this Half Layered Plane of Infinity, ultimately ceasing to be after a few billion years.

People died, people were born, and some even had fortuitous encounters that allowed for reincarnation. But at the end of it all, everyone was the protagonist of their own story.

And yet, the moment death looked them straight in the eye, they yearned for more...

They wished to have lived differently… to have done something different…

However, everyone dies in the end. And whether they died with grievances or unwillingness was of no concern to Azmodeus, for in the end, all benefits would be his.
