Chapter 244: Erasing Dozens Of Solar Systems
Over the past 20 years, Nao Long and the girls murdered everything in sight, unleashing manmade death beams like they were going out of style.
Almost every single planet within the massive Valeria System had a huge agping hole drilled through its center one way or another.
And with the millions of planets inside the system in question, everything was beginning to look like a big assortment of Swiss cheese.
That was especially the case when one noticed the large red sun located at the very center of the solar system—a sun that was over 10 thousand light years in diameter—a sun that was now in shambles…
"What did I say from the very first moment we noticed each other\'s presence...?"
A raspy voice echoed out from a deep pit located in a miniscule part of the star.
Similar to how a human looked at a worm, a man with long, flowing crimson-colored hair gazed down at a massive dragon-like creature.
"....."
The creature itself resembled a dragon, but if one were to be more accurate, its frame was more analogous to that of a snake—a serpent with a long, world-sized horn at the front of its sinuous head.
This snake was the entity that Azmodeus sensed when he arrived in Valeria. And it was also the thing with which he had been fighting for the last 5 years, trading blows like two gods of the sky.
In the beginning, the entity overwhelmed the young, immortal-like man with no question about who was going to win.
However, with millions of respawns made by Azmodeus, and with each one allowing him to come back even stronger than before, there was absolutely nothing that the entity could do to prevent the inevitable.
With the final stroke being made less than a few seconds ago, the entity was put on its last legs.
Half its existence faded in and out of reality while the other half slowly decayed with the death of the red sun...
For the entity, the red sun acted as a source of power, and it was also what allowed its power to reach the Peak Solar Dynasty Realm.
But with everything in life, there was always a catch. And the catch in this particular scenario was the tethering of the entity\'s soul to the essence of the sun, effectively making it where the entity no longer had its freedom.
And for many billions of years, it was content with that fact.
At least, that was until it met an existence that defied all logic…
"You know that I am not the stongest in this star quadrant, do you not…? There will come a day in the not-so-distant future when beings far stronger than I appear in this backwater location. And when they do… Hahahaha!"
The entity started to cackle like an absolute lunatic as it shot immensely powerful fire out of its enormous mouth.
"..."
Azmodeus stared down at the existence that had clearly lost its mind. Realizing how far gone it was, he lifted up Excalibur and Sanguinary.
"I know you heard what I said all those years ago. And it is for this reason alone that I give the loot bag that didn\'t run away an easy death…"
After uttering these words, he let his divinely powerful weapons plummet toward the giant entity, causing the very fabric of space bent and caved in under the pressure!
"Hahahahha!! You will die once a Galactic Lord catches wind of what you have done here! That much, I guarantee!"
The crazed ravings of the entity were unable to prevent its complete erasure, as the moment Sanguinary touched base with its body, the red star was no longer able to withstand the pressure!
WHAKAZOOOOM!
The massive red star had its epicenter collapse in on itself as it started off with a small crack before rapidly expanding, reaching the core of the star in an instant!
After a few moments of silence, the whole world instantly came back to life, and everyone within the Valeria System was blinded for but an instant!
Following the dispersion of the immensely bright light, everyone assumed it was all over.
But unfortunately for them, the destruction of a star was not one with a tranquil aftertaste…
Before the residents of the Star System were able to gauge the severity of the situation, a full-powered supernova blasted out from where the red star once stood, obliterating everything in its path!
"!!!" "!!!" "!!!"
The Star Radiance and Solar Dynasty Realm Experts noticed the disturbance in time. But before they could escape their seclusions, their existences were wiped from the face of the Galaxy…
With the radiation and supernova bursts of energy reaching every inch of Valeria, it ultimately ended up extending beyond the reach of the Solar System, approaching the borders of the next system.
Following the vaporization of Valeria, the Solar System of Mosher was the next to follow...
Everything from the strongest of Solar Dynasty Realm Experts all the way down to the weakest of cultivators was unable to see death wash right past them...
With the destruction of Mosher, Echosomber was the next to be evaporated… Then there was Boofer… Sumeria… Ockon…
Dozens of Solar Systems were forever erased from the Galaxy of Neverdye, leaving nothing but a trail of fire and destruction in their wake…
And while this was happening, Azmodeus sat within a highly fortified Crimson Dimension, looking over all the pop-ups appearing in front of him.
BLING!
*Ding!* *You have erased dozens of Solar Systems within the Areola Quadrant of the Neverdye Galaxy!*
*Ding!* *Your Starry Evolution Essence multiplier for relevant increments has improved the amount you gained by a massive margin!*
*Ding!* *You have obtained 350 Starry Evolution Essence!*
*Ding!* *Would you like to use up this Starry Evolution Essence or save it in your Starry Evolution Essence Bank?*
"Save it for now."
Azmodeus did not yet have enough Starry Evolution Essence to reach Level 300, so there was not much of a point in spending the rest. That was especially the case when one saw that his Traits and Physiques were at an expensive bottleneck themselves.
His Traits were at Level 5 of the SSR Rank, while his Physiques were on the border between the Peak Solar Dynasty Rank and the Rank that came after.
Of course, all of these non-corporeal walls would be broken in due time.
However, that time was not right now…
