Reincarnation of the Strongest Healer

Chapter 116: Kingston School

Just like his precious necklace that was already turning somewhat rusty, he still retained it no matter what.

"I get it, Brother Feng." Ning Yi patted his chest, seemingly giving him a gesture of heartful understanding.

\'What did you get?\' Xu Feng, however, was perplexed by his sudden statement.

The reason why he remained wearing these pairs of glasses was to remind himself that he was no longer the hateful Xu Feng who goes against his own principles to survive.

"Alright, I\'m ready to go. Are you going to follow me?" Xu Feng subsequently asked, interrupting his conversation with Catherine.

Although reluctant to leave this early, Ning Yi knew what to prioritize first.

"Find me a few new clothes for my new measurement size, Catherine. I\'ll return soon after this Master finishes with his business." Ning Yi proclaimed, addressing himself as a master.

Meanwhile, Xu Feng was utterly speechless, finding Ning Yi to be really compatible with Zhao Kai. Their outer appearance might not match, but their personalities and behaviorism definitely match.

Poor Catherine could only smile helplessly at Ning Yi\'s proclamation as she nodded her head like a professional employee.

"Wait, Mister Feng, what about your old clothes?" Catherine suddenly asked, realizing there were still his old clothes in the dressing room.

"Oh, those? You can just throw it away. Some sentimental items will remain while most will be thrown out." Xu Feng waved his hand, giving somewhat of a philosophical response as he exited the store along with Ning Yi.

Sometime later, Ning Yi pointed at his car and said, "I doubt you are rich enough to afford a car like this, right? I\'ll drive you to Kingston School."

Unable to refute his statement, Xu Feng merely nodded his head and followed behind.

The car was spacious, and without a doubt, it was the luxury kind that offered the greatest comfort to the driver and passengers.

After all, even with Ning Yi\'s size, he was filled with comfort.

However, to his surprise, this Ning Yi wasn\'t driving but actually called out to the AI system.

"Catherine Dear, please drive us to Kingston School." Ning Yi commanded.

Meanwhile, Xu Feng was rendered speechless when he named his AI, Catherine.

Just how obsessed was he with Catherine?

"Don\'t look at me like that, Brother Feng. I call my AI Catherine to feel a connection between us, and I\'m not a stalker." Almost as if he understood Xu Feng\'s thought process, Ning Yi felt the need to explain his actions.

Xu Feng raised both his hands up and shook his head, "I didn\'t say anything."

"And neither did my expression show anything." He added, defending himself.

With his years of expertise in dealing with people, just how could he be amateurish enough to leak any of his reactions out?

Sure enough, Ning Yi was stunned and realized he had indeed jumped the gun there.

He scratched his head and smiled bitterly, "Well, usually people were quick to judge me, so it became an instinctive habit of mine to explain myself."

"Understandable."

"Anyway, you can leave the rest to me when we arrive at Kingston School. I won\'t let anyone be harmed wrongfully, but if you were indeed in the wrong, then I\'ll get you for deceiving me."

As soon as Ning Yi finished his sentence, he clenched his fist tightly and held a threatening gaze at him.

Nevertheless, his threat was useless to him, but Xu Feng decided to play along and replied, "You can just wait outside the entrance. I\'ll head in alone and you can listen in on the conversation through my smartwatch. That way, it can\'t be faked and your appearance won\'t alter any of the dean\'s words."

Furrowing his brows, Ning Yi rubbed his chin and nodded his head in agreement.

Indeed, with his figure, it would be a miracle for others to not recognize him, especially those bootlickers.

"Very well, I\'ll listen silently on the side first. But when do you want me to intervene?" He softly asked.

"You can intervene whenever you feel like the time is right. That judgment is up to you, but keep in mind, whatever you\'ll hear is just the norm for people with no diamond spoon background."

"Tsk, I\'m not that ignorant to not know the life of the rich and poor has a massive difference. I still do charity sometimes, albeit reluctantly and under the order of my father."

Just when Ning Yi was about to continue to ramble on with his life story, they promptly arrived at the entrance, saving Xu Feng the headache of being a listener.

"Alright, I\'ll head out first," Xu Feng said after ensuring their connection was perfect and Ning Yi could listen in.

As he exited the car, Xu Feng glanced at the entrance of the Kingston School.

The entrance to Kingston Heights School featured grand galvanized steel gates held together with an array of mismatched aunt screws.

Naturally, that was merely Xu Feng\'s perspective and it was not actually held together with aunt screws or anything of the like.

\'This Kingston School still brings me nightmares whenever I return. Just imagining those disgusting courses and horrendous professors is giving me goosebumps.\' He rubbed his arms softly and hastened his pace.

By the time Xu Feng entered the school, security guards from the side had already started notifying the dean of his arrival.

"Dean Qiao, the student Xu Feng has entered the school."

"I\'ve got it," Dean Qiao, seated in his office, had his legs raised up on the desk, snickered coldly in response as he disconnected the call.

"This damn brat finally returned after disappearing for so long. If I don\'t make your life hell, then I won\'t be Dean Qiao. How dare you make me become an embarrassment in front of all those rich parents!" He lit a cigarette and puffed up some smoke, eager to demolish Xu Feng into smithereens.
