Never Judge

Chapter 317 - 317

Today was the first time they had all sat down and decided on the direction they wanted Prince Group to take. In the past it was just each of them had a particular industry or company they wanted to enter or acquire and that was they did, there was no concrete plan just smart investing.

Constellations had been Cedric\'s choice and it was the first company they had bought and later grown, it also became the largest of their assets. It was now the most popular hotel chain in the country.

Miguel had asked them to invest in a weapons and security company, while Ray purchased a car company, Alexi bought a game development company, while Ram chose to purchase a clothing line. All five of them had a contribution to the holdings of Prince Group.

With the addition of the Saints Hospital stocks, Prince Group now ranked among the largest companies in the country. The boys decided that it was time that they assigned someone to manage the group, all of them were busy running their own family companies or careers, adding another company to run would just be too heavy a load on them.

After their meeting Cedric dragged all of them to Nationalia to meet up with their parents. It was Wednesday, so everyone was going to be there.

"You caused quite a stir on the internet today." Ayanna said as she approached and tossed a phone to her brother, luckily he caught it, as she ran up to her husband and hugged him.

"Ayanna! Be careful." Cedric scolded, shaking his head. No matter how rich they were he would always care about the little things and many habits would be hard to change.

"Relax brother." Ayanna said as she leaned onto Ray\'s chest.

"Let\'s have lunch." Alexi laughed as he led the group into the dinning area of the gold club.

"Make sure our friend here has his back turned on everyone." Miguel said, pointing at Cedric. Despite only the top 100 families being allowed membership in the exclusive club, they were still allowed to bring guests over. Unfortunately there were no private rooms here so they were forced to dine in public.

"What hole are they at?" Cedric asked his sister.

"Almost at the 9th. They should be joining us for lunch soon." Ayanna answered as she looked through the menu.

"Where are the moms?" Ram looked around only to find the usual table empty.

"They\'re on the way. Auntie Lucy wanted to get these breads, I don\'t even know what\'s so special with those." Ayanna said with a sigh.

"Shouldn\'t you be in the office?" Alexi asked.

"I\'m out for lunch." Ayanna simply said with a shrug as if it was the most natural thing to be so far from the office just to have lunch. "So how\'s your courting going? Katerina said she gave you tips." Ayanna said with a wink.

"Not bad. We\'ve gone on two dates and I haven\'t slept with her." Alexi boasted.

"Are you trying to boast about your self control?" Miguel laughed. "Cause I beat you at that, I had to wait a year after getting married." He said proudly.

"I don\'t think you should be proud about that." Cedric pointed out, making everyone on the table laugh.

"She\'s really the most amazing girl." Alexi said with a smile. "She\'s smart, considerate, and she\'s so strong. She\'s been through so much and yet she doesn\'t give up."

"Yeah, you mentioned something about her and Selina Ramirez before." Cedric said as he vaguely recalled the conversation.

"Selina Ramirez is the worst and best person in the world." Alexi said with anger burning in his eyes.

"Why?" Ayanna asked.

"She is the reason Jen ended up working at the Kashmere branch of Saints. She was also the person that crushed Jen\'s heart." Alexi said angrily.

"So she was Jen\'s girlfriend?" Cedirc asked. Selina Ramirez did not strike him as the type, then again it wasn\'t exactly something that you could find out from just looking at the person.

"Kind of. She and Jen went to highschool together. When Jen realized that she was in love with Selina, she confessed." Alexi explained. "According to Jen, Selina never changed the way she treated Jen, they still hugged and kissed, you know normal girl stuff. So when they went to university and Selina said she planned to study in Juliard, Jen followed, uprooting her whole life here to be with that woman. Eventually when they were in Europe, Selina broke her heart sending her home. Now Selina is a successful fashion icon and Jen sees her everywhere. It hurts my Jen."

"Don\'t you think Jen might still be in love with her?" Ayanna asked. "If she is still hurting at the sight of Selina, then maybe she needs to get over Selina first before committing herself wholly to your relationship." She pointed out.

"This! This is why I need advice from a girl! These boys have been giving me irrational ones." Alexi complained.

"Hey, Japan is a beautiful place to have ramen and sushi." Ram said, rolling his eyes.

"You guys are too over the top." Cedric laughed. Having lived extravagantly their whole lives his friends sometimes lost sense for what most people would consider too much.

"You\'re right." Ram said with a sigh. "No wonder she won\'t go out with me." Ram pouted.

"I thought you and your mystery girl were already dating." Ray asked.

"Nope. Anyway back to Alexi. So what do you plan on doing to help Jen move on?" Ram asked his friend.

"Revenge." Alexi said simply.

"You can\'t just get revenge like that." Cedric scolded.

"Wow, that\'s big coming from you. You get revenge at people for just looking the wrong way!" Alexi accused, clearly pissed off at Cedric.

"Alexi, you know that\'s not true. I\'m sure there is a better way of helping Jen get over Selina." Miguel said in an attempt to calm his friend down.

"If it\'s revenge she needs, will you help me?" Alexi said, asking the boys.

"Yes." Cedric said sternly.

"I\'ll hold you on that." Alexi said with a nod as he spotted their mother\'s walking over.
